Louise has practiced yoga for over
10 years, and knows first-hand the
impact it can have in dealing with
a sedentary lifestyle and stress.
Louise worked full-time in a
corporate job, so she completely
understands the pressure of
juggling many responsibilities at
home and work. Her passion for
yoga has grown and encompassed many styles of yoga, and she is qualified to teach hatha, aerial, pregnancy and restorative yoga. Her restorative classes work on slowing down the nervous system of the body, the opposite of the ‘fight or flight’ response, to deal with the stress and pressure of modern life. Her flow classes combine hatha and vinyasa styles to create a gentle style of yoga that gets you moving in a way that feels comfortable.
